We would butcher the meat together and my Ma and Pa would show me how to create our family blend of spices, which we would rub into the meat before hanging it to dry. It always brings back fond memories of a simpler time, filled with folklore stories about our ancestors and respect for the food we eat. All of our handpicked meat is locally sourced, grass fed British Beef with total traceability back to the farm. We believe in understanding the provenance of our meat. We know where the animal was raised, how it was treated, how it lived. If that is important to you, you’ll love what we do. Our products are gluten and sugar free with no added MSG. We offer a wide and growing range of different spices and different Biltong and Droe Wors meat varieties from Original, Piri Piri and Garlic.
