Our 100% authentic Droëwors are made from a unique family recipe Boerewors blend mixed with selected cuts of pork and beef coarsely ground with the perfect amount of succulence and then slowly air-dried and cured to satisfy you.
PACKAGING & BEST BEFORE
Your droëwors will arrive packaged in a protective atmosphere to ensure 100% freshness. Once open please consume within 3 days.

INGREDIENTS:

100g of beef and 100g of pork to produce 100g of Droëwors, acetic acid (colour E150a, malt flavouring, salt), seasoning mix (spices, salt, OATS, dextrose, preservative, E221, (SULPHITES), flavour enhancers E621, E635, antioxidant E300, citric acid, thyme), Worcester sauce (malt vinegar (BARLEY), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies (FISH), tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spices, flavouring).
