As the name suggests, we are purveyors of fine biltong rather than a producer: a kind of marketplace, if you like. We want to be THE place you come to to buy biltong online and maybe find a biltong recipe or two.
There are some outstanding biltong makers in the UK and as fans of the high protein, low carb, gluten-free snack, we have tried many of them in our search for the perfect bite.
So, we got to thinking - if there are so many biltong recipes from numerous suppliers, how can we help others to find their perfect biltong taste?...
